Monel K500 Sheet and Plates consist primarily of Nickel (63-70%) and Copper (27-33%), supplemented with Aluminum (2.3–3.15%) and Titanium (0.35–0.85%) for hardening with age, and Iron (≤2.0%) and Manganese (≤1.5%). These materials have good mechanical properties such as tensile strength to 965 MPa, yield strength of approximately 690 MPa, and elongation to about 20%. Their physical properties are 8.44 g/cm³ in density and 1315–1350°C in the melting point. These plates are also resistant to corrosion, erosion, and stress-cracking in seawater and chemically corrosive environments.
