Super Duplex Steel Pipe Fittings generally consist of Chromium (24–26%), Nickel (6–8%), Molybdenum (3–5%), Nitrogen (0.2–0.3%), and Copper (0.5–1.0%), and Iron as base and Carbon ≤0.03%. These fittings have remarkable mechanical characteristics such as a tensile strength of 750–800 MPa, a yield strength of 550 MPa, and elongation of around 25%. Their physical properties are a density of 7.8 g/cm³ and a melting point of approximately 1350°C. These qualities offer great pitting resistance, crevice corrosion resistance, and chloride stress corrosion resistance, placing them at good use in high-stress corrosive conditions across industries.
