Super Duplex Steel Stud Bolts S32760 consist of Chromium (24–26%), Nickel (6–8%), Molybdenum (3–5%), Nitrogen (0.2–0.3%), Tungsten (≤0.7%), and Copper (≤0.5%) with the base being Iron and Carbon content ≤0.03%. These bolts provide outstanding mechanical strength with tensile strength of approximately 800 MPa, yield strength of 550 MPa, and 25% elongation. Physically, they possess a density of 7.8 g/cm³ and melting point of about 1350°C. Their balanced austenitic-ferritic microstructure provides high resistance to stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion in aggressive and chloride-containing environments.
