Inconel 601 Pipe consists of about 58–63% Nickel, 21–25% Chromium, 1–1.7% Aluminum, up to 1% Manganese, 0.05% Carbon (max), and up to 14% Iron. Trace elements are Copper (≤1%), Silicon (≤0.5%), and Sulfur (≤0.015%). The tensile strength of the pipe is approximately 600 MPa, yield strength is 240 MPa, and elongation is 30%. The density of the pipe is 8.11 g/cm³ and it has a melting point of approximately 1360–1411°C. Inconel 601 exhibits excellent resistance to high-temperature oxidation and corrosion, with superior mechanical properties and metallurgical stability in harsh industrial service environments.
