Monel K500 Flanges consist of Nickel (63–70%) and Copper (27–33%) as major elements, with Aluminum (2.3–3.15%) and Titanium (0.35–0.85%) contributing to strength through age hardening. Minor elements are Iron (≤2.0%) and Manganese (≤1.5%). These flanges provide excellent mechanical properties, with tensile strength up to 965 MPa, yield strength of around 690 MPa, and elongation of about 20%. The density is 8.44 g/cm³, and melting range is 1315–1350°C. Monel K500 Flanges also have excellent corrosion resistance, high fatigue strength, and better performance under both elevated temperatures and severe chemical exposure.
