These pipes demonstrate tensile strength of up to 965 MPa, yield strength of about 690 MPa, and elongation of approximately 20%. They contain a density of 8.44 g/cm³ and melting point of between 1315–1350°C. Monel K500 Pipes possess superior corrosion resistance properties of the usual Monel alloys but with additional mechanical strength and hardness because of age-hardening, and these are therefore the best choice in high-stress conditions.
