Monel K500 Wire consists of Nickel (63–70%) and Copper (27–33%) as the base elements with Aluminum (2.3–3.15%) and Titanium (0.35–0.85%) being added to precipitate hardening. It also contains Iron (≤2.0%) and Manganese (≤1.5%). This alloy leads to high tensile strength ranging up to 965 MPa, yield strength around 690 MPa, and elongation around 20%. The density of the wire is 8.44 g/cm³, while its melting range is between 1315–1350°C. All these features ensure Monel K500 Wire possesses superb mechanical stability, resistance to fatigue, and resistance to corrosion, even under extreme aggressive and stress environments.
