Inconel 601 Nuts contain 58–63% Nickel, 21–25% Chromium, and a maximum of 14% Iron. Other elements are Aluminum (1.0–1.7%), Manganese (≤1%), Carbon (≤0.10%), Silicon (≤0.5%), Copper (≤1%), and Sulfur (≤0.015%). These nuts have a tensile strength of about 600 MPa, yield strength of 240 MPa, and elongation of about 30%. They possess a density of 8.11 g/cm³ and a melting range of 1360°C to 1411°C. Inconel 601 nuts offer excellent resistance to oxidation, thermal fatigue, and corrosive environments, rendering them suitable for application in high-stress, high-temperature settings.
