Inconel 718 Nuts consist of Nickel (50–55%), Chromium (17–21%), Iron (balance), Niobium + Tantalum (4.75–5.5%), Molybdenum (2.8–3.3%), Titanium (0.65–1.15%), and Aluminum (0.2–0.8%), with minor traces of Carbon, Manganese, and Silicon. These nuts possess good mechanical properties, such as a tensile strength of up to 1240 MPa, yield strength of around 1030 MPa, and elongation of 12%. Physically, they possess a density of 8.19 g/cm³ and a melting range of 1260–1336°C. Inconel 718 provides excellent creep, stress rupture, oxidation, and corrosion resistance even in harsh high-temperature and high-pressure conditions.
