Inconel 617 Nuts contain Nickel (44.5–60%), Chromium (20–24%), Cobalt (10–15%), and Molybdenum (8–10%), with minor constituents such as Aluminum (0.8–1.5%), Carbon (max 0.05%), Iron, and Silicon. These nuts possess superior mechanical properties such as tensile strength of approximately 540 MPa, yield strength of 270 MPa, and elongation of 30%. With 8.36 g/cm³ density and a melting interval of 1330–1380°C, Inconel 617 Nuts provide excellent resistance to oxidation, carburization, and creep at high temperatures, providing long-term durability in harsh corrosive and thermal conditions.
