Titanium Bolts, which are typically manufactured using Grade 2 (Commercially Pure Titanium) or Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V), consist of 99.2% Titanium in Grade 2 and 90% Titanium, 6% Aluminum, 4% Vanadium in Grade 5. Grade 2 bolts have tensile strength ~345 MPa, whereas Grade 5 bolts achieve 895 MPa. Elongation is between 10–20%. Physical properties are density 4.43–4.51 g/cm³ and melting point ~1660°C. These bolts have corrosion resistance in saltwater, chemicals, and high temperatures and provide excellent biocompatibility, high strength-to-weight ratio, and long service life under severe conditions.
