Titanium Fasteners are mainly composed of Titanium with other alloying constituents. Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V) has around 90% titanium, 6% aluminium, and 4% vanadium, while other elements like iron are present in traces ≤ 0.3%, carbon ≤ 0.08%, oxygen ≤ 0.2%, and nitrogen ≤ 0.05%. These fasteners have a tensile strength of 895 MPa, yield strength of 830 MPa, and elongation of 10%. Titanium Fasteners possess a density of 4.43 g/cm³ and a melting point of approximately 1660°C. They offer high strength, low weight, and superior corrosion resistance.
