Titanium Pipes consist mainly of titanium, with the widely used alloys being Grade 2 (commercially pure titanium) and Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V). Grade 2 has 99.2% titanium with traces of iron, oxygen, and carbon, and Grade 5 has 90% titanium, 6% aluminum, and 4% vanadium. Grade 2 has a tensile strength of approximately 275 MPa, whereas Grade 5 has a tensile strength of 895 MPa. Titanium pipes possess superior corrosion resistance, superior strength, and low weight (4.43 g/cm³). Their melting point is about 1,668°C.
