Titanium Gr 4 Pipes are composed of Titanium (~98.9%), Iron (≤0.50%), Oxygen (≤0.40%), Carbon (≤0.08%), Nitrogen (≤0.05%), and Hydrogen (≤0.015%). Grade 4 possesses the greatest strength of commercially pure titanium grades with a tensile strength of around 550 MPa, yield strength of about 483 MPa, and elongation of around 15%. It possesses a density of 4.51 g/cm³, a melting temperature of around 1660°C, and thermal conductivity of ~14.6 W/m·K. These pipes contain good corrosion resistance, particularly in oxidizing and chloride-enriched atmospheres, and are ideal for structural and pressure-related applications demanding greater strength.
