Titanium Gr 10 Pipes consist of Titanium (~99.5%) with the addition of Palladium (0.12–0.25%) for increased corrosion resistance. Trace content consists of Iron (≤0.30%), Oxygen (≤0.25%), Carbon (≤0.08%), Nitrogen (≤0.03%), and Hydrogen (≤0.015%). The alloy provides tensile strength of approximately 483 MPa, yield strength of approximately 345 MPa, and elongation of about 20%. The density is 4.51 g/cm³, and the melting point is approximately 1660°C. It is renowned for its remarkable crevice corrosion resistance, excellent weldability, and stable mechanical properties over an expansive industrial range.
