Titanium Gr 9 Pipes are constructed with a titanium alloy with around 90% Titanium, 3% Aluminum, and 2.5% Vanadium. Other trace minerals are Oxygen (≤0.15%), Iron (≤0.30%), Carbon (≤0.08%), Nitrogen (≤0.03%), and Hydrogen (≤0.015%). These pipes provide a tensile strength of ~620 MPa, yield strength of ~483 MPa, and elongation of approximately 15%. Having a density of 4.48 g/cm³ and a melting point close to 1620°C, Titanium Grade 9 ensures high corrosion resistance and mechanical performance. It is especially suitable for pressure systems and structural applications with requirements of strength with lower weight.
