Titanium Gr 1 Pipes consist of Titanium (min 99.5%), together with Iron (≤0.2%), Oxygen (≤0.18%), Carbon (≤0.08%), Nitrogen (≤0.03%), and Hydrogen (≤0.015%). This low-oxygen, unalloyed grade offers high ductility and corrosion resistance. The pipes have a tensile strength of approximately 240 MPa, yield strength of about 170 MPa, and elongation of 24%–30%. With a density of 4.51 g/cm³ and melting point of approximately 1660°C, Titanium Gr 1 also has good thermal conductivity (~16.3 W/m·K) and can be used in low to moderate strength applications where there is corrosive environment.
