Titanium Forged Fittings mainly comprise Titanium, with alloys such as Ti-6Al-4V comprising about 90% titanium, 6% aluminum, and 4% vanadium, with iron ≤ 0.3%, oxygen ≤ 0.2%, and carbon ≤ 0.08%. These fittings have high tensile strength of 895 MPa and yield strength of 830 MPa with 10% elongation. Titanium forged fittings possess low density of 4.43 g/cm³ and a melting point range of 1604°C to 1660°C and offer better strength-to-weight ratio, corrosion resistance, and excellent thermal stability under extreme conditions.
