The fittings have a tensile strength of approximately 344 MPa, a yield strength of 275 MPa, and an elongation of 20%. Density is 4.51 g/cm³, and the melting point is around 1665°C. Titanium Gr 2 has superior corrosion resistance, especially in oxidizing conditions, and a good weldability and moderate strength, making it suitable for high-performance piping and fluid-handling systems in severe industrial environments.
