Titanium Gr 5 Forged Fittings (Ti-6Al-4V) have about 90% Titanium, 6% Aluminum, and 4% Vanadium, along with trace elements like Iron ≤ 0.3%, Oxygen ≤ 0.2%, Nitrogen ≤ 0.05%, Carbon ≤ 0.08%, and Hydrogen ≤ 0.015%. These fittings provide tensile strength of approximately 895 MPa, yield strength of 830 MPa, and elongation of 10%. At a density of 4.43 g/cm³ and with a melting range of 1604°C – 1660°C, Titanium Gr 5 exhibits superior corrosion resistance, mechanical performance, and high thermal stability, and it is thus recommended for severe structural and corrosive applications.
