Mumbai, India-based Jyoti Steels is a leading manufacturer and supplier of Titanium Stud Bolts, which are renowned for their superior strength, corrosion resistance, and lightness. The bolts are precision-engineered to the highest industrial standards, providing stable performance in demanding applications. Jyoti Steels offers titanium fasteners in different grades and sizes, which ensure compatibility with varied requirements of marine, aerospace, chemical, and medical sectors. With an emphasis on quality control and timely shipment, Jyoti Steels has gained a firm reputation as a reliable supplier of titanium stud bolts within India and abroad.
Titanium Stud Bolts, especially Grade 2 and Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V), are mainly composed of Titanium (Ti ≥ 90%), with alloying components like Aluminum (Al 6%), Vanadium (V 4%), Iron (Fe ≤ 0.3%), Oxygen (O ≤ 0.2%), and other minor elements. These bolts have very good mechanical properties: tensile strength from 345 MPa (Grade 2) to 900 MPa (Grade 5), with yield strength up to 830 MPa and elongation of 10–20%. Density of titanium is around 4.51 g/cm³, and it melts at around 1660°C, with exceptional corrosion resistance and strength-to-weight ratio.

Titanium Stud Bolts are widely applied in strength, corrosion-resistant, and lightweight industries. In the aerospace industry, they are employed in engine components, airframes, and structural members. In marine conditions, they are suitable for ship construction, offshore platforms, and desalination plants because of their corrosion resistance in seawater. They are employed in reactors and heat exchangers in chemical processing plants. In the medical field, titanium bolts are utilized in surgical devices and implants. They are also ideal for automotive and racing use where strength and weight reduction are paramount. Their non-magnetic and biocompatible properties contribute to their versatility.
