Jyoti Steels is a well-known producer and supplier of Inconel 617 Wire in Mumbai, India, that provides high-performance wire solutions to challenging industrial environments. Due to its high strength and resistance to oxidation at higher temperatures, Inconel 617 Wire has extensive applications in power generation, aerospace, and chemical processing industries. At Jyoti Steels, quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction are our priority, and each product is delivered as per international standards. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities and prompt delivery make us a top supplier to clients in India and global markets.
Inconel 617 Wire is made up of Nickel (44.5–60%), Chromium (20–24%), Cobalt (10–15%), Molybdenum (8–10%), and Aluminum (0.8–1.5%), with trace elements such as Carbon, Iron, and Silicon. It has very good mechanical properties like a tensile strength of around 540 MPa, yield strength of 270 MPa, and elongation of 30%. Physically, the alloy is characterized by a density of 8.36 g/cm³ and melting point between 1330–1380°C. Such features ensure high resistance to carburization, oxidation, and creep under elevated temperature conditions, hence being well adapted to aggressive and thermally extreme environments.
