Titanium Gr 2 Coil consists mainly of Titanium (Ti) ≥ 99.2%, with minor elements such as Oxygen ≤ 0.25%, Iron ≤ 0.30%, Carbon ≤ 0.08%, Nitrogen ≤ 0.03%, and Hydrogen ≤ 0.015%. It provides tensile strength of approximately 344 MPa, yield strength of 275 MPa, and elongation of about 20%. Its density is 4.51 g/cm³ and melting point is approximately 1665°C. Titanium Grade 2 has very good corrosion resistance, weldability, and moderate strength, so it is suitable for uses where performance along with durability must be achieved in harsh environments.
