Titanium Gr 2 Wire consists of about 99.2% pure titanium with trace elements such as Oxygen (≤0.25%), Iron (≤0.30%), Carbon (≤0.08%), Nitrogen (≤0.03%), and Hydrogen (≤0.015%). This alloy provides superior corrosion resistance and biocompatibility. The tensile strength of the wire is approximately 344 MPa, the yield strength is about 275 MPa, and elongation is 20%. Its density is 4.51 g/cm³ with a high melting point of about 1660°C. Titanium Gr 2 wire provides very good formability, low modulus of elasticity, and is not magnetic, so it can be used for a wide range of structural and critical applications.
