This alloy exhibits high mechanical strength with tensile strength of approximately 895 MPa, yield strength of 828 MPa, and elongation of approximately 10%. It possesses a density of 4.43 g/cm³ and melting point of 1660°C. Titanium Grade 5 flanges exhibit high corrosion resistance, high fatigue strength, and excellent toughness and are best suited for high-stress and critical flange connections in aggressive environments.
