These nuts have a tensile strength of about 895 MPa and a yield strength of about 828 MPa, with elongation of 10–15%. They have a density of 4.43 g/cm³ and a melting point close to 1660°C. Titanium Grade 5 offers high strength, corrosion resistance, and heat tolerance, which makes it suitable for weight-sensitive and high-performance fastening applications.
