Titanium Grade 5 Tube Fittings are made up of 90% Titanium, 6% Aluminum, and 4% Vanadium, trace elements including iron ≤ 0.25%, oxygen ≤ 0.2%, carbon ≤ 0.08%, and hydrogen ≤ 0.015%. These fittings are characterized by high mechanical performance, where the tensile strength is ≥ 895 MPa, yield strength ≥ 828 MPa, and elongation is 10%. The physical properties include a density of 4.43 g/cm³ and a melting point of about 1660°C. Grade 5 titanium is very resistant to corrosion and appropriate for high-temperature, high-stress applications and thus the most widely used titanium alloy.
