Inconel 600 Stud Bolts mainly contain Nickel (72.0%), Chromium (14.0–17.0%), and Iron (6.0–10.0%) with small additions of Manganese (≤1%), Silicon (≤0.5%), and Carbon (≤0.15%). These bolts show superior mechanical properties with tensile strength of approximately 655 MPa, yield strength of 310 MPa, and elongation of about 45%. The physical characteristics are a density of 8.47 g/cm³, a melting point of 1354–1413°C, and good electrical and thermal conductivity. All these properties render Inconel 600 Stud Bolts ideal for high-temperature and high-stress applications.
