Inconel 718 Stud Bolts are of a nickel-based superalloy with Nickel (Ni) 50–55%, Chromium (Cr) 17–21%, Iron (Fe) balance, Molybdenum (Mo) 2.8–3.3%, Niobium + Tantalum (Nb + Ta) 4.75–5.5%, Titanium (Ti) 0.65–1.15%, Aluminum (Al) 0.2–0.8%, trace Mn, Si, and C ≤0.08%. They have a mechanically tensile strength of ~1240 MPa, yield strength of ~1030 MPa, and elongation of 12–20%. With a melting range of 1260–1336°C and a density of 8.19 g/cm³, they provide exceptional strength and stability when used in applications with high stresses.
