Titanium Gr 2 Pipe Fittings are made of pure Titanium (Ti) ≥ 99.2%, trace amounts of which are Iron (Fe) ≤ 0.30%, Oxygen (O) ≤ 0.25%, Carbon (C) ≤ 0.08%, Nitrogen (N) ≤ 0.03%, and Hydrogen (H) ≤ 0.015%. They provide tensile strength of 344 MPa, yield strength of 275 MPa, and elongation of 20%. Having a density of 4.51 g/cm³ and melting point of 1665°C, Titanium Gr 2 also exhibits excellent weldability and corrosion resistance in oxidizing and mildly reducing environments. These features render it perfect for use in durability, biocompatibility, and lightweight performance applications.
