Titanium Gr 5 Pipe Fittings consist of around 90% titanium, 6% aluminum, and 4% vanadium, along with trace impurities such as iron ≤ 0.3%, oxygen ≤ 0.2%, and carbon ≤ 0.08%. This alloy provides a high strength-to-weight ratio, with tensile strength of approximately 895 MPa, yield strength of approximately 830 MPa, and elongation of approximately 10%. It has a density of 4.43 g/cm³ and a melting point of 1604–1660°C. These fittings have excellent corrosion resistance, especially in seawater and aggressive chemical environments, and retain mechanical integrity over a broad temperature range.
