Incoloy Washers, typically grade 800 material, consist of around 30–35% Nickel, 19–23% Chromium, and at least 39.5% Iron. They include Titanium (0.15–0.60%), Aluminum (0.15–0.60%), Manganese (up to 1%), and Carbon (up to 0.10%). The washers provide a tensile strength of around 520 MPa, yield strength of 205 MPa, and elongation of 30%. Having a density of 7.94 g/cm³ and a melting range of 1357–1385°C, Incoloy washers are especially suitable for service at high temperatures, having good resistance to carburization, oxidation, and chloride stress-corrosion cracking in corrosive environments.
