Incoloy Pipe, especially in grade 800, normally consists of 30–35% Nickel, 19–23% Chromium, and not less than 39.5% Iron. It further comprises Titanium (0.15–0.60%), Aluminum (0.15–0.60%), Carbon (up to 0.10%), and Manganese (up to 1%). These pipes have a tensile strength of approximately 520 MPa, yield strength of 205 MPa, and elongation of approximately 30%. The density is 7.94 g/cm³, while the melting point is between 1357°C and 1385°C. Incoloy pipes are highly resistant to carburization, oxidation, and stress-related corrosion in both high-temperature and corrosive service conditions, sustaining mechanical stability and long service life.
