Incoloy Fasteners, particularly those made of Incoloy 800, consist of about 30–35% Nickel, 19–23% Chromium, and 39.5% minimum Iron. They also contain small amounts of Aluminum (0.15–0.60%), Titanium (0.15–0.60%), Carbon (max 0.10%), and Manganese (max 1%). These fasteners have a tensile strength of approximately 520 MPa, yield strength of 205 MPa, and elongation of 30%. The density is 7.94 g/cm³, and the melting range is 1357–1385°C. Incoloy fasteners are resistant to oxidation, carburization, and corrosion in high-temperature and acidic environments and are suitable for severe service conditions.
