Jyoti Steels is a well-known Incoloy Valves manufacturer and supplier with its headquarters in Mumbai, India. Jyoti Steels is known for providing precision-engineered, corrosion-resistant alloy products to major industries like petrochemicals, power generation, marine, chemical processing, and aerospace. Their Incoloy valves are produced according to strict international standards, providing superior performance in aggressive and high-temperature environments. With emphasis on quality, strength, and on-time delivery, Jyoti Steels has established a good reputation for providing trustworthy Incoloy valve solutions that provide safety, durability, and efficiency in high-pressure fluid control systems.
Incoloy Valves, generally made of Incoloy 800, contain 30–35% Nickel, 19–23% Chromium, and at least 39.5% Iron. The alloy also includes 0.15–0.60% Aluminum, 0.15–0.60% Titanium, a maximum of 1% Manganese, and a maximum of 0.10% Carbon. These valves have a tensile strength of about 520 MPa, yield strength of 205 MPa, and elongation of 30%. Having a density of 7.94 g/cm³ and a melting range of 1357°C to 1385°C, Incoloy valves possess superior resistance to carburization, oxidation, and chloride stress-corrosion cracking while ensuring mechanical strength in oxidizing as well as reducing environments.

Incoloy Valves find applications across many industries that need effective control of fluids in corrosive or high-temperature conditions. In petrochemical and chemical industries, they are crucial in acid-handling systems, heat exchangers, and reactors. They are used in boiler feed systems, steam control, and turbine lines in power plants because of their thermal creep and oxidation resistance. In the marine sector, they are employed in seawater applications because of their resistance to salt-induced corrosion. These valves are applied in aerospace and nuclear industries for high-temperature and high-pressure fluid control. Their efficiency guarantees safe and effective functioning in critical systems.
