Inconel Ball Valves are usually constructed of high-performance Inconel alloys such as Inconel 625 or 718, engineered for high corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. The composition consists of Nickel (Ni) 58% min, Chromium (Cr) 20–23%, Molybdenum (Mo) 8–10%, Niobium + Tantalum (Nb + Ta) 3.15–4.15%, and Iron (Fe) ≤5%, with trace elements of Mn, Si, Al, and C ≤0.10%. These valves have a tensile strength of ~827 MPa, yield strength of ~414 MPa, and an elongation of 30%. Density is approximately 8.44 g/cm³ with a melting range of 1290–1350°C, making them well-suited for high-pressure and high-temperature applications.
