Inconel Manifold Valves are generally fabricated from Inconel alloys such as Inconel 600 or 625, having around 58% nickel, 20–23% chromium, 8–10% iron, 3.15–4.15% niobium (in Inconel 625), and trace amounts of molybdenum (8–10% in 625), manganese, silicon, and carbon (≤0.1%). These alloys have superior oxidation and corrosion resistance even in high-temperature and high-pressure applications. They have tensile strength of 827–1000 MPa, yield strength of approximately 414–690 MPa, and 30–45% elongation. Having a density of approximately 8.44 g/cm³, Inconel retains strength and integrity at temperatures of up to 1000°C, which makes it suitable for critical industrial use.
