Their chemical composition consists of Nickel (Ni) 50–63%, Chromium (Cr) 20–23%), Molybdenum (Mo) 8–10%), Niobium + Tantalum (Nb + Ta) 3.15–5.5%), and Iron (Fe) ≤5%), with minor amounts of Titanium, Aluminum, and Carbon ≤0.08%. These valves provide tensile strength up to 1240 MPa, yield strength approximately 1030 MPa, and elongation of 12–30%. With a specific gravity of 8.44 g/cm³ and a melting point of 1290–1350°C, Inconel manifold valves possess mechanical strength in thermal and chemical stress.
