Incoloy Forgings are produced from nickel-iron-chromium alloys, normally consisting of Nickel (38-46%), Chromium (19.5-23.5%), Iron (balance), Molybdenum (2.5-3.5%), Copper (1.5-3%), and Titanium (0.6-1.2%). These forgings have superior mechanical properties, with tensile strength of about 585 MPa and yield strength of 220 MPa. Elongation is ≥30%, providing good formability and ductility. Physically, Incoloy is 8.14 g/cm³ in density and has a melting range of 1370–1400°C. These properties render it extremely resistant to acidic environments, stress corrosion cracking, and oxidation.
