Incoloy 825 Forgings are mainly composed of Nickel (38-46%), Iron (balance), Chromium (19-23%), Molybdenum (2.5-3.5%), and small percentages of Titanium (0.6-1.2%), Aluminum (0.2-0.6%), and Copper (1.5-3%). The alloy has very good mechanical properties, including tensile strength of approximately 620 MPa, yield strength of 275 MPa, and elongation of about 30%. Incoloy 825 contains a density of 8.3 g/cm³ and a melting range of 1300–1350°C. Due to its good resistance to stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and oxidation, Incoloy 825 is extremely ideal for use in high-stress and corrosive environments.
