Incoloy Stud Bolts, especially Incoloy 800 Stud Bolts, are made up of Nickel (30.0–35.0%), Chromium (19.0–23.0%), Iron (balance, minimum 39.5%), Copper (up to 0.75%), Titanium (0.15–0.60%), Aluminum (0.15–0.60%), Carbon (max 0.10%), Manganese (max 1.5%), Sulfur (max 0.015%), and Silicon (max 1.0%). These bolts have tensile strength of approximately 520 MPa, yield strength of 205 MPa, and elongation of approximately 30–35%. Their density is around 7.94 g/cm³, and they have a melting point of 1350–1400°C. These values provide outstanding performance in high-temperature, high-stress, and corrosive environments.
