Jyoti Steels is a prominent Incoloy Tubing manufacturer and supplier in Mumbai, India, providing high-quality nickel-based alloy tubing solutions for demanding industrial processes. Precision, reliability, and performance are hallmarks of the company, serving industries such as chemical processing, oil & gas, power generation, marine, and aerospace. Jyoti Steels offers Incoloy tubing that can resist harsh temperatures, high pressures, and corrosive conditions. With the compliance with international quality standards and with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction, Jyoti Steels has gained a firm position in delivering durable and high-performance Incoloy tubing in the domestic and international markets.
Incoloy Tubing, specifically grade 800, has around 30–35% Nickel, 19–23% Chromium, and a minimum of 39.5% Iron. It further comprises 0.15–0.60% Titanium, 0.15–0.60% Aluminum, a maximum of 1% Manganese, and a maximum of 0.10% Carbon. These tubes possess very good mechanical properties with tensile strength of around 520 MPa, yield strength of 205 MPa, and elongation of about 30%. The density of Incoloy tubing is 7.94 g/cm³, and it has a melting point between 1357°C and 1385°C. These properties provide superior resistance to oxidation, carburization, and chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking in both high-temperature and chemical service conditions.

Incoloy Tubing is commonly employed in industries needing guaranteed performance in corrosive atmospheres. In the petrochemical and chemical industries, it is utilized for transporting corrosive fluids, acids, and gases through reactors as well as heat exchangers. Power stations employ Incoloy tubing within boilers, superheaters, and condensers because of its resistance to thermal fatigue. In oil & gas operations, it is best suited for downhole tubing and offshore platforms subject to acidic and saline conditions. Marine applications take advantage of its corrosion resistance in seawater. It is also employed in nuclear reactors and aerospace applications where high strength and temperature resistance are essential.
