Incoloy Bars, in the standard grade of 800, contain about 30–35% Nickel, 19–23% Chromium, and at least 39.5% Iron. They contain 0.15–0.60% Titanium, 0.15–0.60% Aluminum, up to 1% Manganese, and up to 0.10% Carbon. They have a tensile strength of approximately 520 MPa, yield strength of 205 MPa, and elongation of around 30%. With a melting range of 1357–1385°C and a density of 7.94 g/cm³, Incoloy bars excel in oxidizing, reducing, and high-temperature conditions, with outstanding structural stability and mechanical reliability in the harshest industrial environments.
