Incoloy 825 Bars consist mainly of Nickel (38–46%), Iron (balance), Chromium (19–23%), Molybdenum (2.5–3.5%), and minor quantities of Titanium (0.6–1.2%), Aluminum (0.2–0.6%), and Copper (1.5–3%). These bars possess great mechanical properties with a tensile strength of around 620 MPa, a yield strength of 275 MPa, and an elongation of 30%. The alloy has a melting range of 1300–1350°C and a density of 8.3 g/cm³. Incoloy 825 has high resistance against stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and oxidation and is, therefore, suited for corrosive and extreme temperature environments.
