Incoloy Nuts, especially grade 800, consist of about 30–35% Nickel, 19–23% Chromium, and a minimum of 39.5% Iron. They further comprise Aluminum (0.15–0.60%), Titanium (0.15–0.60%), Carbon (max 0.10%), and Manganese (max 1%). These nuts have a tensile strength of approximately 520 MPa, yield strength of 205 MPa, and elongation of 30%. The density is 7.94 g/cm³, with a melting range of 1357°C – 1385°C. Incoloy nuts have excellent resistance to oxidation, carburization, and corrosion at high temperatures, and sustain mechanical stability under acidic as well as thermal environments.
