Incoloy 825 Nuts consist of Nickel (38–46%), Iron (min 22%), Chromium (19.5–23.5%), Molybdenum (2.5–3.5%), Copper (1.5–3%), Titanium (0.6–1.2%), with minor levels of Carbon (max 0.05%) and Manganese (max 1%). These nuts have very good mechanical properties, such as tensile strength of 690 MPa, yield strength of 275 MPa, and elongation of 30%. Their physical properties are a density of 8.14 g/cm³ and a melting point of about 1370°C, providing very good durability, high-temperature stability, and resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking.
