The chemical composition is typically Nickel (38-46%), Chromium (19.5-23.5%), Iron (balance), Molybdenum (2.5-3.5%), Copper (1.5-3%), and Titanium (0.6-1.2%). These fittings possess high mechanical strength with a minimum tensile strength of 585 MPa and yield strength of 220 MPa. They also possess good ductility with ≥30% elongation. The physical properties involve a density value of 8.14 g/cm³ and melting range of 1370–1400°C, which makes them highly corrosion and oxidation resistant.
