Incoloy 800/800H/800HT Pipe Fittings are nickel-iron-chromium alloys consisting mainly of Ni (30-35%), Cr (19-23%), and Fe (39.5% min), with trace elements such as Al (0.15-0.60%) and Ti (0.15-0.60%). These fittings possess superior mechanical properties, such as tensile strength of 520 MPa, yield strength of 205 MPa, and elongation of 30%. Their physical characteristics are a density of 7.94 g/cm³, melting range of 1357–1385°C, and better thermal stability. They are best suited for high-temperature applications where oxidation and carburization resistance is essential.
