Incoloy 825 Tubing consists of Nickel (38–46%), Iron (balance, minimum 22%), Chromium (19.5–23.5%), Molybdenum (2.5–3.5%), Copper (1.5–3%), and Titanium (0.6–1.2%), along with trace contents of Carbon (max 0.05%), Manganese (max 1%), and Silicon (max 0.5%). It possesses good mechanical properties like tensile strength of 690 MPa, yield strength of 275 MPa, and elongation of 30%. It possesses a melting range of 1370-1400°C and a physical density of 8.14 g/cm³ with outstanding acid corrosion resistance, oxidation, as well as stress corrosion cracking resulting from chlorides.
