Incoloy 800/800H/800HT Stud Bolts contain a special chemical composition of Nickel (30-35%), Chromium (19-23%), and Iron (balance), with minor levels of Carbon (≤0.10% for 800, 0.05–0.10% for 800H), and Aluminum + Titanium (≤1.2%). Mechanically, they exhibit high tensile strength (≥520 MPa), yield strength (≥205 MPa), and elongation (≥30%). Physically, these alloys are very good in thermal stability, oxidation resistance, and melting point range of 1357–1385°C. These combined characteristics make them suitable for high-temperature and corrosive conditionsproviding structural integrity at extreme conditions.
